These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the sensin1 mobile application and related services operated by greythinkinglab (“we,” “us,” or “sensin1”). By creating an account or using sensin1, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use sensin1. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. sensin1 is not available to minors.
What sensin1 provides
sensin1 offers AI-assisted conversation analysis for dating and relationship contexts. Outputs include verdicts, summaries, behavioral signals, and suggested next steps. sensin1 is an informational tool — not professional therapy, legal, medical, or relationship counseling.
Not professional advice
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on sensin1. Do not rely on sensin1 for safety-critical, legal, medical, or mental-health decisions. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Your content & conduct
By sharing a screenshot or pasted conversation with sensin1, you confirm that you are a participant in that conversation and have the right to share it for analysis. This attestation is part of these Terms — we do not require a separate consent step at upload time.
- You may only submit content you have the right to share (e.g. conversations you are part of).
- Do not upload illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or threats.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
- Do not use sensin1 to harm, stalk, manipulate, or deceive others.
- Do not share account access or circumvent access controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the service.
Orbit subscription
Full access to sensin1 features requires an active Orbit membership or eligible trial.
- Free trial: eligible new accounts receive a free trial; the current trial length is shown in the app and on the store listing.
- Price: after any trial, Orbit renews at $8.99/month (or the price shown in the App Store / Play Store in your region).
- Billing: subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the store’s terms.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings.
- Restore purchases: use “Restore purchases” in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.
Intellectual property
sensin1, its branding, software, and underlying technology are owned by greythinkinglab or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.
Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta features may be experimental and change without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
sensin1 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI outputs, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, greythinkinglab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of sensin1. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
Account termination
You may stop using sensin1 at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all account data is erased and cannot be recovered.
If you have an active Orbit subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel store billing or refund charges already paid. Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Play Store if you do not want future charges.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use sensin1 ends.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
