Privacy Policy

greythinkinglab (“we,” “us,” or “sensin1”) operates the sensin1 mobile app and sensin1.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. sensin1 is for adults only — you must be 18 or older to use the service.

What sensin1 does

sensin1 helps you understand dating and relationship conversations. You share chat screenshots or text; we extract conversation content, analyze it with AI, and return structured insights such as momentum, signals, and suggested next steps. sensin1 is not a dating app and does not facilitate matching or messaging between users.

Information we collect

• Account data: phone number (for sign-in), optional first name, account timestamps, subscription status, and notification preferences.
• Conversation content: screenshots (stored in Firebase Storage), pasted text, and derived transcript text you submit for analysis.
• Analysis results: verdicts, summaries, connection profiles, follow-up chat messages, and related metadata stored in your account.
• Device & usage data: app events (such as screens viewed and analyses completed), push notification tokens, and coarse activity signals used to improve reliability and engagement.
• Support & reports: information you send when contacting support or reporting an issue.
• Website: email address if you previously joined our pre-launch notification list at sensin1.com.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Process screenshots and text to provide analysis and follow-up chat.
• Remember context per connection (“orbit”) so insights improve over time.
• Deliver push notifications you opt into (e.g. re-engagement or product updates).
• Process in-app subscriptions and restore purchases.
• Prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and keep the service secure.
• Measure product performance and improve sensin1.

AI and cloud processing

sensin1 uses third-party cloud services to operate. Conversation content may be processed by:

• Google Cloud / Firebase — authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, analytics, remote configuration, and push messaging.
• Anthropic — to extract text from screenshots and analyze conversations for insights and follow-up responses.
• Apple / Google — subscription billing and purchase verification through the App Store or Play Store.

Screenshots you share may be stored in Firebase Storage and linked to your connection profile so follow-up chat can reference them. Extracted message text is also stored in your account.

We send only what is needed to perform the feature you requested. Do not submit content you are not comfortable having processed in the cloud. We do not sell your personal information.

Subscriptions and payments

sensin1 offers an optional “Orbit” subscription (currently $8.99/month, with a free trial for eligible new accounts — trial length is shown in the app). Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive purchase confirmation and subscription status from the store — not your full payment card details.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account in Settings, we immediately and permanently delete your profile, connections, conversations, analyses, stored screenshots, AI memory, purchases, and reports tied to your account.

Deleting a single connection in the app also removes its analyses, chat history, and associated stored images.

Third-party requests

If you believe someone analyzed your private messages without your consent, email privacy@sensin1.com with details. We will review takedown requests and remove data we can reasonably identify, subject to verifying the request and applicable law.

Your choices

• Disable push notifications in sensin1 Settings or your device settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account.
• Delete connections and analyses within the app.
• Contact us to exercise privacy rights available in your region.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase security rules, and server-side access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use sensin1 at your own discretion with sensitive content.

Children

sensin1 is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used sensin1, contact privacy@sensin1.com.

International users

sensin1 is operated from the United States. If you use sensin1 from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate.
