What is sensin1?

sensin1 reads dating and relationship conversations from screenshots or pasted text and gives you a clear verdict — keep going, slow down, or move on — with specific signals and a suggested next move. It is not a dating app.

How much does Orbit cost?

Eligible new accounts get a free trial — the current length is shown in the app. After that, Orbit is $8.99/month (or your local App Store / Play Store price). Cancel anytime in your store subscription settings.

How do I cancel or restore my subscription?

Open sensin1 → Settings → Your orbit → Manage subscription, or go directly to your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. Use “Restore purchases” in the app if you reinstall.

Is my data private?

We process conversation content in the cloud to provide analysis. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including AI and OCR processing.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Your data is deleted immediately and permanently. You can also email privacy@sensin1.com.

Why was my account suspended?

We may suspend accounts that violate our Terms or create security risk. If you believe this was a mistake, email support@sensin1.com from the phone number linked to your account.

Is sensin1 professional advice?

No. sensin1 uses AI for informational insights only. It is not therapy, legal, or medical advice. Use your own judgment — especially in safety-sensitive situations.
